Three people are behind bars under multiple charges after authorities found a baby living with them at a Harlingen crack house.
Harlingen police arrested Edward Lee Rivera, Roxanne Marie Solis and Lionzo Solis on multiple charges late Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators told Action 4 News that the U.S. Marshals had an outstanding warrant for Roxanne Marie Solis.
Authorities found crack cocaine and marijuana in plain sight inside their Montana Street home.
But police discovered that Rivera and Roxanne Marie Solis had their baby in view of the drugs.
Investigators said Lionzo Solis had marijuana in his pockets and also tried to lie about his name and date of birth.
Both Rivera and Roxanne Marie Solis are facing child endangerment, marijuana and controlled substance charges.
Lionzo Solis is facing marijuana and failure to identify charges.
