The Hidalgo County Health Department has asked students at McAllen Memorial High School to avoid parking at the health department's parking lot.
Violators will be towed.
The health department is across the street from campus.
Wednesday, several student's cars were hauled away.
Constables said students have been warned since September not to park there.
"There's issues concerning vandalism," said Joel Rivera, Precinct 4 Chief Deputy Constable. "The health department has reported they have seen students smoking marijuana in the area. It is an issue that concerns them."
The Precinct 4 Constable's Office said some students have even been removing the towing signs.
