      Tropical Depression Two forms off coast of Belize

      The National Hurricane Center has reported that the second tropical depression for the season has formed off the coast of Belize.

      The small Central American nation is located between Mexico and Guatemala.

      Forecasters are putting the path of Tropical Depression Two through Belize, Guatemala and southern Mexico.

      It is expected to enter the Bay of Campeche and then make landfall in Veracruz early Thursday morning.

      Veracruz is located about 600 miles south of Brownsville, or about a 12-hour drive away.

      Tropical Depression Two is the second weather event for the 2013 Atlantic Hurricane Season.
