Will history repeat itself for New Orleans on the eve of the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina?
That TMs the question everyone is asking, as Tropical Storm Isaac sets its TM eye on the Louisiana coast.
As of 8 am Monday, the center of Isaac was located in the eastern Gulf of Mexico, or southeast of the Florida coast.
The storm is moving to the west-northwest, with winds sustained at 65 mph, gusting to 85 mph.
Current impacts include rain bands moving through Florida.
The National Hurricane Center is forecasting Isaac to become a hurricane of category 1 strength as it approaches Louisiana, with landfall currently scheduled for early Wednesday morning.
