Two men arrested for drive by shooting in Brownsville

      Two men are behind bars after being accused in a Saturday night drive by shooting in Brownsville.

      It all happened on the 300 block of North Bernal Drive on the city TMs eastside.

      Brownsville police arrested 32-year-old Hilario Gonzalez, Jr. and 18-year-old Juan Francisco Castillo on deadly conduct charges.

      Investigators told Action 4 News that the two men were driving a white budget truck and fire shots at a home on North Bernal Drive.

      Police put a lookout for the truck and found it on the 3000 block of Southmost Road.

      Officers arrested Gonzalez but Castillo took off running. Police caught Castillo on nearby Linda Lane.

      A motive for the drive by shooting is not clear.
