The victim in a Mission home invasion is behind bars after police learned he was hiding more than two pounds of cocaine.
Mission police arrested 32-year-old Marvin Luther Douglas on a possession of a controlled substance charge on Tuesday.
Investigators told Action 4 News that officers arrested Douglas following a home invasion off North Stewart Road last week.
Five gunmen stormed the home and fought with Douglas TM wife.
Two gunmen have been arrested but police reviewing surveillance video from the home saw Douglas allegedly hiding something in his laundry room.
Police learned that item was a bundle with 2.16 pounds of cocaine, which they later found while searching his home.
Douglas appeared before a Mission Municipal Court judge on Wednesday morning where he was issued a $500,000 bond.
Court records show that Douglas had served two years probation following a state jail felony marijuana arrest in Pharr back in 2009.
