      Two suspects arrested, one more at large in Brownsville kidnapping & murder

      The Brownsville Police Department has made two more arrests in connection to the kidnapping murder near Rancho Viejo.

      Jorge Aleman, 31-years-old, was charged with murder while he was incarcerated in the Hidalgo County Jail on related charges.

      At 1 p.m. on Friday, the U.S. Marshalls Fugitive Task Force arrested 31-year-old Victor Ernesto Matamoros-Orellana.

      He was arrested in Donna and is being charged with murder.

      The kidnapping happened on July 18 at the restaurant Mariscos Playa Azul.

      Authorities found the body of 22-yearold Reyes Bocanegra's body a short time later off Roberta Road in the Rancho Viejo area.

      One suspect in the kidnapping murder, 32-year-old Orlando Martinez Perez, is still at large.
