Valley show for rock star Morrissey among 22 cancellations
It was supposed to be Morrissey's first appearance in the Rio Grande Valley.
The British rock star's November show at the Pharr Events Center was postponed and it's officially cancelled.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the former frontman for 1980s band The Smiths cancelled the remaining 22 shows on his North American tour.
The website reported that the singer cited health issues as the reason for the cancellations.
A bleeding ulcer and double pneumonia were among the ailments plaguing the singer over the last few months.
