Here is what you need to know for you morning commute.The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 10 a.m for Hidalgo, and inland portions of Cameron and Willacy countiesTemperatures near freezing will combine with a light rain/drizzle/mist combination to provide the slight opportunity for freezing drizzle.Motorists should use caution when maneuvering roadways, particularly overpasses and bridges.A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until Noon.The combination of temperatures slow to rise from the 30's, and breezy northerly winds, will make it feel like 25-30 degrees for a prolonged period of time.Layer your clothing in an efficient manner, covering extremities, to avoid hypothermia.Highs should reach 40 in the Upper and Mid Valley, closer to 44 in the Lower Valley.Temperatures will drop into the upper 30's this evening before a clearing trend begins tomorrow.Partly cloudy skies will allow temperatures to rebound into the upper 60's Saturday, and 70's Sunday, before another cooling trend develops by the beginning of the week.
