A U.S. Court in Washington, D.C. has ruled against government subsidies to buy health insurance in federal healthcare exchanges in states that don't offer them. But in a separate ruling in Virginia is ruling in favor. The subsidies act as tax credits that Americans purchasing health care under the ACA.
