Original story:

A woman died Wednesday morning after a one-vehicle wreck in Palmview.

At about 2 a.m., three people were injured when a red Ford Mustang crashed near the intersection of Showers Road and West Expressway 83, said Palmview police Chief Chris Barrera.

The driver is a dispatcher for the Palmview Police Department and the back seat passenger was a Palmview police officer, Barrera said. Both remain hospitalized.
