The woman rolled over the car and onto the street.

Investigators found a 40-caliber handgun inside Polanco's car.
The 24-year-old man appeared before Brownsville Municipal Judge Ignacio Torteya on Wednesday morning where he was issued $23,500 dollars in bonds.
Polanco remains in custody at the Cameron County Jail.
