Football fans pumped for Alabama-Clemson national championship rematch
TAMPA, Fla. (WPMI) - On Monday night, the Alabama Crimson Tide and Clemson Tigers will face off in the College Football Playoff national championship - again.
The sun was shining on Raymond James Stadium in Tampa and fans of both teams were decked out in their championship best and ready to go:
"Roooooooll Tide, roll!"
"C-L-E-M-S-O-N T-I-G-E-R-S! Fight, Tigers, fight, Tigers, fight, fight, fight!"
"We are ready. We gonna take home a national championship tonight."
"We're gonna do it. There's gonna be a lot of pain, there's gonna be a lot of pain."
'Bama (14-0) owns the 2016 crown and rings, and is looking to achieve back-to-back wins for the second time in six seasons.
But the Tigers (13-1) are just as confident they will avenge last year's loss in the title game:
"We want the best and we are the best and we're ready to show it."
"We are ready to be here, we know what we're doing."
"We want the Tide, yes sir. Give us the Tide and give us your best, 'cause we come to take it."
