BILOXI, Miss. —

Biloxi, Mississippi suffered heavy flooding late Saturday as Hurricane Nate made its second landfall. A number of casinos flooded.

NBC 15's Reporter Muriel Bailey was trapped on the second floor of a parking garage as waters rose.
