March of Dimes is proud to partner with Jaime Garcia, because more than a half million babies " one out of every eight " are born too soon each year due to premature birth and the numbers have risen steadily. Texas is among the leaders in tackling this threat to infant health, said Luis Garcia, Division Director for the March of Dimes. This type of strong partnership with local sports celebrity Jaime Garcia is exactly what our babies need " this money raised will help us to continue to uncover research that will help save every baby.
