Man charged in crash that killed HCSO dispatcher
Orlando Rodriguez, 20, faces five charges stemming from a crash that killed a Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office communications officer Sandra Coronado.
Coronado was on her way to work Sunday morning when police say Rodriguez crashed into her. Coronado's passenger was injured. Their name has not been released.
Rodriguez is charged with one count of intoxication manslaughter, one count of intoxication assault, two counts of accident involving injury or death and one count of fraudulent use of identifying information.
Total bond for all charges was set at $700,000.
Rodriguez faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
