A Mission businessman has been charged with multiple counts of sexual assault following his arrest on Tuesday.

According to jail records, Elias Bazan, III, is charged with three counts of sexual assault and one count of terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury.

Bazan is the current owner of Taco Ole' in Edinburg.

Bond records show that Bazan was released on a $155,00 bond on Tuesday.
