Check your refrigerators--a major recall for sausage sold at H-E-B stores has been announced.

A Texas company, J Bar B foods, is recalling more than 410,000 pounds of beef brisket smoked sausage due to the product containing a pork casing not listed on the ingredients.

It's also labeled as "H-E-B Texas Heritage Sausage Smoked With Natural Hardwood Beef Brisket."

The ready-to-eat beef brisket smoked sausage products were produced on various dates from June 21, 2016 to May 29, 2018.

The products subject to recall are labeled with establishment number “EST. 7066” inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to retail locations in Texas.

The undeclared pork casing may cause an allergic reaction in some people, and may be of religious concerns to others.
