Trial for former Brownsville Fire Chief rescheduled
The former Brownsville Fire Chief will have to wait a little longer to learn if he will be found guilty on a slew of charges.
The trial for Carlos Elizondo was expected to begin on Monday but has since been rescheduled.
Elizondo is charged with 11 counts of computer security breach.
He's accused of accessing the Brownsville Fire Department's emergency reporting system with consent on 11 occasions in 2017.
The trial is set to begin on April 22.
