Woman accused of striking 6 people with vehicle on South Padre Island delayed until August
UPDATE: We've just learned that the trial for Daisy Joy Decker has been pushed back until August.
The exact reason for the delay wasn't listed.
A woman accused of striking six people with a car on South Padre Island is due in court this week.
21-year-old Daisy Joy Decker will appear in court on Monday.
A grand jury indicted the Sugar Land resident on nine felony charges after she drove her car into a group of spring breakers on South Padre Island during spring break last year.
The incident resulted in the death of a woman.
Decker pleaded not guilty to all charges.
