Driscoll Children’s Hospital C.A.R.E Team says that over 150 babies died in the Lonestar state while sleeping in 2017. Sonja Eddleman says that many of them die from suffocation, and it can be prevented by getting rid of stuffed animals and blankets that surround the toddler, among other safety measures.
